The project involved developing the brand identity for Mansalva, a gastronomic concept that’s much more than just a wine bar. It’s a meeting point. A place where endless conversations, spontaneous laughter, countless toasts, lively music, and a kitchen made for sharing all come together. Everything happens in a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere full of life.
The brand needed to convey its signature rebellious and joyful spirit, so the branding was built around a colorful visual universe, bold illustrations, and a disruptive logo that instantly draws attention. A design that doesn’t aim for perfect order, but rather for a charming chaos where something is always happening.
Within this universe, its main character was born: Playful, full of attitude, and effortlessly cool, inspired by the brand’s own energy. It’s not tied to a human, animal, or object, but instead takes the shape of a free, dynamic figure whose head forms the letter M from Mansalva. This character appears in scenes that capture the essence of the place: dancing, eating with friends, taking photos of food, painting a wall.
The identity came to life across multiple design pieces: menu, wax paper, stickers, apparel, takeaway packaging, cups, and more. Always under a cohesive aesthetic bursting with personality. The result is a brand that’s not just seen, but experienced.
